A short book by Andy Stanley, Pastor of Northpoint Community Church, called making vision stick. This was an excellent short read in under an hour challenging leaders to cast a clear and simple vision that is caught by the leader, the staff, and volunteers in a church or organization. The key points for making vision stick were:

State the Vision simply
Cast the Vision convincingly
Repeat the Vision regularly
Celebrate the Vision systematically
Embrace the Vision personally
